Wink Companion for Windows

Wink Companion runs quietly beside your softphone and sends the call audio to Wink, so transcription and recommendations keep working without a browser microphone or screen-share prompt.

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit

Install

  1. Run the downloaded installer. It is signed by Ambi Laboratories Inc.
  2. Look for the Wink icon near the Windows clock. Companion starts with Windows from now on.
  3. Open Wink in Chrome as usual. When your extension or dialer starts a call, Companion picks up the audio automatically.

Updating

Download and run the latest installer from this page. It replaces the installed version between calls; there is nothing to uninstall first.

Verify the download

Every release is published with its SHA-256 checksum. Compare it in PowerShell with Get-FileHash .\wink-companion-x64.msi.
